When bringing your dog(s) for their stay, or picking them up after their stay, pull onto the property and park on the south side of the parking lot where Staff can see you (don’t hide behind the tree on the north side).
When dropping off please leave your dog(s) and their personal items in your vehicle until you are fully checked in and our staff asks you to bring your dog into the kennel.
To begin your check in or pickup, walk up to the chain link gate, where you will be met by Staff (please do not come to the door until our staff has indicated they are ready to assist you). If our staff is currently serving another customer, please be patient and they will help you as soon as possible.
FOR CHECK IN:
Staff will confirm your information, and ask you to bring your dog(s) and their personal items from your car to inside the kennel gate.
FOR PICK UP:
Staff will complete the checkout process with you, then you will be asked to step inside the gate, where Staff will bring your dog(s) and personal items out to you.
